The 37th America's Cup, taking place in Barcelona from August to October 2024, will feature teams from the United States, UK, Italy, France, Switzerland, and New Zealand, competing in the revolutionary AC75 foiling monohulls.

PRELIMINARY REGATTA
Kicking off the 37th America's Cup, the Preliminary Regatta is the first time the teams will be racing in their brand new AC75s. This is the final Preliminary Regatta before the Louis Vuitton Challenger Selection Series.

THE LOUIS VUITTON CUP - CHALLENGER SELECTION SERIES
The winner of the Louis Vuitton Challenger Selection takes on the Defender for the 37th America's Cup. It consists of three rounds.

It opens with a double round robin competition with the top four teams move forward.

Next is the best-of-nine races semi-final match. The first to five points wins.

Then the top two teams face off in Challenger Selection Series Finals. This is a best-of-13 series with the winner advancing to take on Defender Emirates Team New Zealand in the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup Match.

THE LOUIS VUITTON AMERICA'S CUP MATCH
In October 2024, the Louis Vuitton Challenger Selection Series Cup winner challenges Defender Emirates Team New Zealand in a best-of-13 match. Each race is a head-to-head contest where the winner gains one point, and the loser receives none.

The first team to seven points secures victory and claims the 37th America's Cup!

UNICREDIT YOUTH & PUIG WOMEN'S AMERICA'S CUP
Scheduled throughout September and October 2024, the UniCredit Youth America’s Cup commences on September 26, concluding with the Final on Wednesday, October 2, between flights of the Louis Vuitton Challenger Selection Series Cup Finals.

The Puig Women’s America’s Cup follows immediately after the UniCredit Youth America’s Cup. The regatta runs from October 10 to October 16, culminating in the final match race on October 16, between flights of the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup Match.
