My group will be in Barcelona for several days. What packages do you recommend?
We recommend going out on the water one day and staying on-land the other day. Both experiences will be very different.

Spectator Boat - Is there seating available on the boat?
Yes, ample seating will be available for all guests to relax and take in the regatta comfortably.

Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, we will provide a delectable selection of food and beverages for you throughout the event. Expect a delightful culinary experience. At a later stage we will ask you if you or anybody in your group have any food allergies.

Is this event suitable for children?
We regret to inform you that the VIP Team Base + Spectator Boat Experience and the VVIP Team Base + Chase Boat Experience are exclusively for adult guests. Children under 14 are not permitted. 

The Skybox Experience is fit for all ages. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Tickets for children under 4 years of age are free of charge. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 will receive a 50% discount on the full ticket price.

What happens in case of inclement weather?
The event will proceed as planned, rain or shine. In the unlikely event of severe weather conditions that could affect safety, the organizers will provide updates and alternative arrangements as necessary.

When do I know if my request is granted?
We will send you a proposal within 10 working days. 

Is there parking available?
Parking availability and location can vary depending on the arrival time. We will publish this information approximately 8 weeks before the event.

When do I receive detailed information?
Approximately 8 weeks before the start of the event, we will send you a link to our registration site - in which we ask you to start filling in the names of all your guests and give us any food allergies.

We will also forward a detailed description of the program, dress code, and parking facilities in the area.
